RCP have proven themselves to be highly organised, professional contractors. Having worked on a large new build restoration project, I was impressed with the level of organisation that enabled the site work to progress at a very good pace maintaining outstanding quality, with complete accuracy and compliance with planning and building regulations. On a recent house rebuild, the same was true again, and snagging wasn't necessary as the quality of work self- inspected and matters corrected before I needed to inspect. I have made a vow that if I am ever in the fortunate position to have a house built for myself, I would select the architect from the recent house build and empty RCP to build it, without reservation.

RCP contractors Ltd installed a single story rear extension to my property. The extension work involved knocking down an interior wall to combine the kitchen & dining room and extend outwards. We also wanted visually the whole of the wall to the garden to be open and incorporate bi-fold doors. I found RCP's service to be efficient, competent, reliable and clean. I felt they weren't just building: they had a real sense of personal pride in what they were doing for me. They we also very professional in the way the managed the project; punctual, listening to our needs, putting forward ideas for consideration, keeping us informed and up to date as to progress at all times. At one inspection, when questioned, the local building control commented very favourably about the company.
RCP came recommended to us through friends and we've never regretted our decision.

RCP Contractors undertook the renovation of my new home. They finished the project on time and were efficient with work of a good standard. Mr Potter, who managed the project, was always polite, efficient and punctual. He also attended to sort out small problems with the radiators some months after his contract ended. I have recommended the company to friends and would have no hesitation in doing so again.

We are really pleased with the quality of the work and the way the project was managed. The only problem we had was in making decisions quick enough to keep up with the work! Thank you for all your efforts to make sure we could move in as planned. We are gradually settling in and staring to enjoy our new home.

I required a garage conversion which was not only to be converted into a liveable room, but also needed to be sound proofed. RCP listened carefully to my requirements and proposed plans to deliver my dream recording room. They worked very hard and very quickly. The communications were clear and all of the builders who came were courteous and polite. It really was a smooth, fast project, thank you guys.

We recently used RCP Contractors for a variety of work, including an attic refurbishment, central heating update involving relocating a new boiler and some groundwork and brick alterations. All the various workmen were hardworking and tidy and we are very happy with the standard of work. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with regular updates on timings of when workmen and deliveries would arrive. I can highly recommend RCP.

We have been so impressed with the way the project was carried out. They kept us well informed throughout and all those involved showed such consideration.
